The Role

As our TikTok Shop LIVE Strategist / Coordinator, you'll lead and optimize TikTok LIVE performance across multiple e-commerce brands. You'll work directly with creators, internal teams, and brand partners to plan, execute, and scale high-performing live shopping campaigns.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who understands TikTok culture, thrives under pressure, and can turn data into decisions that drive GMV growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute LIVE shopping strategies for multiple brands across beauty, health, and lifestyle categories
  • Identify and recruit creators to host or collaborate on brand LIVEs
  • Plan schedules, product lineups, offers, and scripts to maximize conversion
  • Oversee live sessions in real time, supporting hosts, moderators, and production teams
  • Analyse performance metrics (views, CTR, conversion rate, GMV) to optimise future streams
  • Collaborate with TikTok reps and internal strategists to leverage campaigns and platform insights
  • Manage LIVE calendars, reporting, and communication across all stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of trends, tools, and features shaping TikTok LIVE and social commerce

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, or e-commerce strategy
  • Proven understanding of TikTok LIVE or livestream shopping
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with creators and brand teams
  • Analytical mindset and ability to make decisions based on performance data
  • Passion for social commerce, storytelling, and scaling brands through content

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience managing TikTok LIVE campaigns directly (either agency or brand side)
  • A creator network or experience working with talent managers
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop analytics, product setup, and campaign tools
