Trainee Baker

We're looking for a reliable & passionate trainee baker to join to join our team and grow to be able to create all of the yummies that you'll see on our counter and website: from brownies & blondies to cupcakes, cookie pies & cookies to celebration cakes of all sizes.

The right candidate will enjoy baking and be willing to put in the hard work to learn to make cakes for our customers.

To be suitable for this role, you will have a willingness to learn and practice, a love for cake and or cake decorating. The role is full time. Due to the nature of the role, candidates must be mobile and able to carry bags of sugar/flour that weigh 25kg.

The role is 5 days a week, Monday-Saturday on a rotational shift basis 8am-4pm/10am-6pm.

We're not looking for a perfect baker, but Instead someone who wants to learn to become one.

The right candidate will:

Be attentive, have a strong attention for detail and be willing to learn.

They will be creative with a passion for baking and a basic understanding of the baking principals.

They will be a quick learner with a positive, can do attitude.

Ideally the candidate will have experience in a busy production environment combined with a strong work ethic.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
