- Manage your own clinical caseload, including complex cases.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and produce reports, assessments and outcome measures as required.
- Contribute ideas for service improvement and innovative wellbeing projects.
About You
We are looking for a counsellor who is compassionate, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality therapeutic support within a community setting.

- Recognised Diploma-level qualification (or equivalent) in counselling.
- Registration or accreditation with BACP/NCPS (or other recognised body).

- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and digital (including telephone/video sessions).
- Ability to manage boundaries, confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Experience working collaboratively within multidisciplinary settings.
- Understanding of audit, evaluation and evidence-based practice.
- Enhanced DBS check.
