A leading Insurance Broker is looking to hire a Litigation Counsel on a 12 month contract.

The role will involve:

 Handling litigation matters affecting the company.

 Running a case load of litigation including: Professional Indemnity Claims

 Advising on employment restrictive covenants for leavers and

joiners.

My client is looking for the following experience:

 1+ PQE as a Solicitor qualified in England and Wales with

current practising certificate.

 Minimum of 1 year's experience post qualification gained in

private practice in an insurance litigation team.

 Experience of the insurance industry/London Market is desirable.

It is essential that you are able to start in role at the latest 4/1/25, candidates on a longer notice period will not be considered due to the urgent requirement for this role to be filled.
