Keenans Lettings are looking for a Negotiator to join their fast growing team, based in Rochdale with a Competitive Salary

Keenans Estate Agents are one of the leading independent Estate Agents covering the North West. 

We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to make property their career as well as their passion. We deliver a high customer service level and are proud of our returning client base.

The Role:

·Daily communication with clients

·Negotiating offers and tenancy contracts

·Generating new valuation leads

·Assist with property management

·Deal with day to day enquiries

·Provide professionalism, care and correct advice to our client.

The Person:

·Previous Sales experience advantageous but not necessary – training will be provided.

·Motivated

·Excellent presentation and communication skills

·Passionate about customer service

·Competence with making calls

·Hold a UK Driving licence & own car are ideal
