Job Description:

Architect the next generation of autonomous AI agents blending artificial intelligence with human expertise. Iterate on sophisticated algorithms for expert matching, reasoning, insight generation, and voice conversations. Work with massive real-world datasets to generate insights for investment decisions, driving commercial impact for top-tier clients. This is a hands-on role to build zero-to-one intelligence systems.

What you will do:

  • Design, implement, and iterate on sophisticated algorithms for our autonomous research agents.
  • Develop and optimize data-driven algorithms for intelligent expert matching and discovery.
  • Work hands-on with massive, diverse datasets to continuously improve agent knowledge and decision-making.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on production AI experience with large-scale datasets, Python, Typescript, and ML frameworks.
  • Proven track record of developing, testing, and iterating on complex algorithms using data-driven methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL, vector databases, large-scale search systems, and modern agentic AI tooling.
