The Palazzo is a local Burnley establishment that prides on providing an exceptional and enjoyable dining experience to our customers. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated to the craft of dining and willing to work as part of a dedicated team. We are seeking skilled and experienced bar staff to join our team. If you have a proven track record in bartending and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine, with speed and accuracy.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Ensure the bar area is kept clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
  • Handle cash, take orders, and process payments efficiently.
  • Check customer identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 -2 years of experience working in a bar.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling pressure with ease.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Weekend evening availability and odd evenings mid week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
