From insulation to heating systems, we deliver real solutions that improve lives and reduce carbon footprints.As part of our expansion, we're looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our team as Energy Advisors. This is a field-based role focused on generating new business through door-to-door engagement — perfect for confident communicators who thrive on building relationships and making a difference.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Energy Advisor, you'll be the face of our mission — educating homeowners, landlords and housing associations about the ECO4 scheme and identifying those eligible for free energy-saving improvements. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Door-to-door canvassing in targeted areas to generate leads
  • Engaging with residents to explain the benefits of ECO4 funding
  • Booking appointments for our technical surveyors
  • Meeting daily and weekly lead generation targets
  • Representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Reporting activity and feedback to your team leader
