The role supports delivery of Level 3 Engineering programmes, Level 4 HTQ Engineering Apprenticeships, and future Level 4 Lead Engineer content.

The successful candidate will create engaging lessons, assess learning, provide developmental feedback, develop Schemes of Work and resources, and ensure apprentices meet awarding-body requirements, contributing fully to IQA processes, audits, standardisation and EQA compliance.

They will work closely with employers to align training to industry needs, support apprentices through reviews and progression planning, and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge.

Applicants must hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electronics/Electrical Engineering with competent mechanical knowledge to Level 3 and have recent relevant industry experience in electrical/electronic maintenance, diagnostics, automation or related fields.
