Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Door to Door Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our team of door to door knockers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sales team by monitoring their sales and motivating the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth of our small but ever expanding family run solar company.

Duties

  • Manage the day to day running of the full door to door team.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets through effective coaching and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing B2B sales and expanding customer base.
  • Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, optimise performance, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners through personalised engagement.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation at all times.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the solar industry.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data to drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Leadership qualities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving targets.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a passion for solar and the benefits or renewable energy.
