About the Opportunity

LS Roofing Ltd has secured a Commercial Contract across Scotland, delivering emergency call-outs, general roof maintenance, liquid roofing works, and follow-up repairs for commercial sites.

We're looking for experienced Liquid Roofers or established Roofing Companies in Scotland seeking extra earning potential and consistent ongoing work with a trusted national contractor.

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

  • Attending emergency roofing call-outs and completing repairs and maintenance to a high professional standard.
  • Installing and maintaining liquid roofing systems and flat roof repairs.
  • Providing condition reports (before & after photos, written report, and notes on any follow-up works).
  • Inspecting and reporting on guttering and roof drainage conditions.
  • Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with LS Roofing's quality and compliance standards.
  • Maintaining clear communication with our head office and project management teams.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in liquid roofing systems (polyurethane, PMMA, GRP, etc.)

High attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.

Strong communication and reporting skills.

Based in Scotland, with flexibility to travel across regions.

Requirements

  • Own vehicle and full set of tools.
  • Valid IPAF licence (scissor lift or cherry picker).
  • Ability to supply photo documentation and condition reports.
  • Public liability insurance (for companies).
  • Willingness to respond to emergency call-outs as required.
