As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be at the heart of preparing students for their transition into Key Stage 2, helping them develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need for future success. • Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive classroom where students feel confident, motivated, and ready to learn.
• Monitor and Celebrate Progress: Regularly assess student progress, offering constructive feedback, and setting clear goals for growth.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with colleagues to create engaging lessons, share best practices, and continue developing innovative teaching strategies.
• Build Strong Relationships: Connect with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or celebrations.

We're looking for a Year 5 Teacher who is passionate, dedicated, and ready to make a difference Here's what we're looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
• A natural ability to engage and inspire students to reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
