We are looking for an experienced Void/ End of Tenancy Cleaner along with a cleaner for communal bathroom cleaning to join our team, in Kent, East/West Sussex and South London.
About the Role
- Work in domestic settings
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness for all clients.
Types of Cleans Offered
You will be required to carry out three types of cleans:
- Standard Clean: Routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general tidying to maintain day-to-day cleanliness.
- Dirty Clean: More intensive cleaning for spaces that require extra attention due to heavy soiling or neglect, targeting built-up dirt and grime.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete cleaning tasks according to the type of clean required.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues found during cleaning.
- Undertake deep cleaning as needed.
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
- Must have a valid UK driving licence.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and best practices. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Experience using carpet cleaners and in appliance cleaning
