We are currently searching for a passionate and reliable Production Team Leader to oversee our weekend operations, specifically on Saturday and Sunday. This is your chance to lead a team committed to upholding our values of quality, sustainability, and innovation.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our production team during the weekend shifts, ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining our high standards for product quality and safety. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for motivating teams, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production activities during weekend shifts, ensuring teams meet operational goals efficiently
  • Lead and develop your team of production operatives to ensure they understand processes and standards
  • Enforce compliance with health and safety policies and ensure quality control throughout production
  • Collaborate with management to assess production metrics and implement improvements where necessary
  • Encourage open communication within your team, providing feedback and support to foster a motivated work environment
  • Actively problem-solve to address any challenges that arise during production shifts

Typical hours for this position will be:

Saturday & Sunday
06:00-18:30

OR

06:30-19:00

OR

05:00-17:30

OR

07:30-20:00

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within production or manufacturing is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and awareness of health and safety regulations
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating teams effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, promoting collaboration and clarity within your team
  • Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements to increase efficiency
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to maintain composure in a busy production environment
