Lead 3D Artist

Edinburgh (Hybrid - 3 days in the office) )

£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience

I am working on a retained basis with a well-established, fast-growing Scottish tech business that combines creative design with advanced technology to produce high-quality digital content and immersive visual products for the new build housing sector.

I need a seriously talented Senior 3D Artist to lead the next wave of jaw-dropping visuals in the new-build housing sector.

Your mission:

  • Create 
    photoreal exteriors
     that stop people in their tracks.
  • Build a slick 
    Blender → Unreal Engine
     pipeline and set the creative benchmark.
  • Coach global teams so excellence becomes the default.

You bring:

  • 5+ yrs 
    arch-viz
     experience with a show-stopping portfolio.
  • Blender wizardry + hands-on 
    UE4/UE5
     skills (Lumen, Nanite, PBR).
  • A sharp eye for lighting, composition & colour – and the chops to mentor.
