Are you highly organised, confident with IT systems, and ready to support a fast-paced frontline service? The Assessment and Intervention Team in Children's Social Care is looking for a Business Support Officer who thrives on variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong literacy and numeracy – You'll be minuting complex multi-agency meetings and handling sensitive information.
  • Confident IT skills – You'll use Microsoft Office and service-based systems daily.
  • A proactive mindset – You'll manage shifting priorities and think ahead.
  • Team spirit – You'll work closely with experienced colleagues who support each other.

What You'll Do

You'll be the backbone of the team, supporting social workers and managers with:

  • Coordinating meetings and taking accurate minutes
  • Managing records and processing data
  • Handling calls, bookings, and general admin
  • Processing invoices and ordering essential items
