Role Title: Volunteer Website Developer for FAITH (Federation of Accredited Imams Teachers and Healers)

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a creative and reliable volunteer web developer to design and set up FAITH's first official website. This site will serve as our public launch platform — informing visitors about our mission, membership opportunities, and upcoming national events.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Setup & Structure

• Choose and set up a suitable web platform (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or

• Build a clean, user-friendly site with essential pages:
• Home: Overview of FAITH and welcome message
• About: FAITH's vision, mission, and founder introduction.
• Plans: Outline of Phase 1 Development Plan and timeline (Dec 2025–Nov 2026).
• Events: Details about the upcoming April 2026 National Launch.
• Membership:
• Registration form to join FAITH as a member
• Payment link for membership fees
• Early registration form to apply for Steering Committee positions (11 seats).
• Contact: Form for enquiries or collaboration requests.
• Membership & Payment Integration

• Connect registration and payment forms (PayPal, Stripe, or similar).

• Ensure data collection (e.g., name, contact, role, region) is secure and GDPR-compliant.

• Visual & Branding Consistency
• Incorporate FAITH's logo, colour palette, and typography.
• Present information in a way that feels modern, faith-aligned, and professional.
• Testing & Launch Support
• Test all forms and payment links for functionality.

• Work with the FAITH team to make final revisions before public launch in February 2026.

• Fundraising for Platform Support (£500 Target)

Design and implement a small online fundraising initiative to raise approximately £500 to cover costs such as web hosting, subscriptions, and digital engagement tools.

Skills & Qualities Required

• Experience with website builders (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar).

• Understanding of basic integrations (payment forms, contact forms, etc.).

• Eye for clean design and accessibility.

• Ability to work independently with light supervision.

• Interest in faith-based community or education projects (preferred but not essential).

Support Provided

• Access to all written content, logos, and visuals.

• Guidance from FAITH's Communications and Project Coordination team.

• Optional reference letter or LinkedIn recommendation upon successful completion.

Expected Outcomes

By February 2026, the FAITH website will: Feature a clear overview of the organisation's mission and vision.

Provide easy membership registration and payment options.

Display the Phase 1 Development Plan and event details.

Allow interested members to apply for Steering Committee positions.

Serve as a professional platform for FAITH's national launch.
