At Apple, we focus deeply on our customers' experience. Apple Ads brings this same approach to advertising, helping people find exactly what they're looking for and helping advertisers grow their businesses. Our technology powers ads and sponsorships across Apple Services, including the App Store, Apple News, and MLS Season Pass.
Everything we do is built for trust, connection, and impact: We respect user privacy, integrate advertising thoughtfully into the experience, and deliver value for advertisers of all sizes-from small app developers to big, global brands. Because when advertising is done right, it benefits everyone.
Apple's Advertising Platforms Partnerships Team is looking for an experienced Technical Integration Specialist to help establish industry-leading support and innovation across our News and Search Ads platforms. In this role, you will solve systemic technical problems, manage sophisticated API integrations, and collaborate across teams to ensure the seamless operation and evolution of our advertising solutions. You'll play a key role in developing robust test plans, analysing sophisticated data sets, and communicating technical solutions clearly and effectively to diverse collaborators. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to contribute to Apple's mission of delivering impactful, privacy-focused advertising experiences.
Description
This role will involve solving technical problems by investigating escalations, identifying root causes, and implementing robust, long-term solutions. You will lead and run API integration projects, offering technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and reliable performance.
Your responsibilities will include constructing and implementing technical test plans that consider edge cases, validate functionality, and ensure system reliability. You will analyze complex data sets to identify trends, diagnose issues, and propose actionable solutions to improve system performance. Collaboration will be key, as you'll work closely with clients, product, sales, and engineering, serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. You'll also be expected to break down complex concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical partners. In addition, you will provide data-driven insights and analysis to address systemic issues and enhance operational efficiency. Handling challenging priorities effectively will be important, as you ensure timely resolution of critical issues in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you will need to adapt to constantly evolving environments and requirements, working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
