Pegasystems, a global leader in award-winning software solutions, is seeking a seasoned Regional Director based in the UK, to join our team and lead our consulting operations in the North region with responsibility in our UK&I and Benelux businesses.

As the Regional Director for Consulting in the North region, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team of professional services sales and delivery experts.
- Develop and execute a strategic vision for the region, aligning with company goals and client needs.
- Drive revenue growth and ensure successful project delivery.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities within our Fortune 500 client base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client adoption and expansion.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.

- Collaborate with partners to scale impact.

To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in Professional Services and Delivery.
- A total of 10 years of relevant experience in the software or technology industry.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proven experience in revenue growth and client relationship management.
- A strategic mindset and a track record of achieving business objectives.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Based in the UK, Ideally in the South East or easily commutable to London
