We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Manager to lead our creative team and oversee the development and execution of innovative projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of project management tools and content management systems.

ABOUT THE HANKYFAMILY PROJECT

The HankyFamily is a groundbreaking contemporary art initiative reimagining the historic queer Hanky Code into a high-end, global fine-art ecosystem. The project includes 90 original artworks, 2,250 limited editions, 5,000 deluxe Pantone collector editions, a major international touring exhibition, cultural partnerships, PR campaigns, and a tokenised provenance system. • Drive product development initiatives by coordinating with product managers and content creators; oversee content management systems including SharePoint or CMS platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SAFe, Waterfall, or Agile methodologies like Scrum during project execution.
  • Foster an environment of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management and team management.

Requirements

  • Proven supervising experience with a track record of managing creative teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities combined with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software including Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Smartsheet, or Jira; experience with SAFe or Waterfall methodologies is desirable.
  • Solid understanding of requirements gathering processes and product management principles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday or SAP for resource planning and cost control purposes.
  • Data analysis skills using SAS or similar analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with content management systems like SharePoint or CMS platforms; experience with Confluence is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of project lifecycle frameworks including Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, or PRINCE2 methodologies.
