Project Engineer – Flange Management

Location: Westhill, Aberdeen (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-Time

IKM Testing is looking for a Project Engineer with expertise in flange management to join our Operations team. This is a key role focused on the safe and efficient execution of operational activities, ensuring profitability and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate flange management projects across various sites
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and tenders including method statements and pricing
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams
  • Oversee daily site operations and ensure QA and HSE compliance
  • Monitor job performance and progress against deadlines
  • Support business development through technical input and client visits
  • Supervise and empower team members, promoting continuous improvement
  • Offshore travel and site visits as required

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Degree-qualified with experience in a Project Lead role within Pipeline and/or Process Services
  • Strong technical knowledge of flange management operations and equipment
  • Experience in budget ownership and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in 2D and basic 3D drawing packages
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong quality focus and attention to detail

Preferred

  • Mechanical background
  • Experience in project environments
