The EMEA region plays a pivotal role, representing an advanced and fast-evolving gaming ecosystem home to many of the industry's global market leaders.As a Client Solutions Manager for Gaming in EMEA, you will manage Meta's largest Mobile Gaming, Real Money Gaming, and Console partners—driving technical solutions, performance optimizations, product adoption and innovation at scale. With good expertise in performance marketing to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead growth strategies that drive long-term impact for partners.Success in this role requires good data, technical and analytical skills that allows the individual to translate a business objective into an analysis framework, in order to provide best-in-class data-driven consultative sales approach, and experience to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against business goals. This position is based in our London office and required travel when required.
Client Solutions Manager, Gaming, EMEA Responsibilities:
- Act as a product & insights expert to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for our partners
- Build and manage relationships with key clients and partners ( for example media, creative, measurement, marketing partners)
- Manage a book of business and drive performance through operational rigor and sales acumen, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, analyzing sales data, creating targeted sales strategies
- Identify and lead new business opportunities through developing and driving strategic account plans to drive investment growth
- Develop narratives and recommendations from custom analyses, build narratives, and present findings to executive business stakeholders
- Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results and present recommendations
- Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership
- Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments
- Manage account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)
- Work and collaborate with a wide group of internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in digital media, sales, product and/or performance marketing across gaming, tech and digital native industries
- Expertise analyzing data from a variety of different sources (quantitative and qualitative), presenting the data in a clear and concise manner, and developing actionable insights
- Proven track record in leveraging data, developing insight-backed hypotheses and driving learning plans to build compelling business cases
- Proven track record in leveraging data to develop broader prototyping solutions for the entire team
- Proven track record of managing a book of business, accelerating revenue growth, and delivering measurable results
- Experience to translate complex insights into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Skilled in influencing C-level executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic outcomes
- Good understanding of attribution models (e.g., multi-touch, data-driven), incrementality measurement and conversion lift methodologies
- Familiar with data privacy frameworks and their impact on performance marketing strategies
- Experience navigating ambiguity with agility to effectively lead complex and changing priorities
- Good understanding of the gaming, mobile app and broader tech ecosystem
- Fluent in English. Bachelor's degree required in a technical or business field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
- Understanding and experience with data querying (e.g., SQL, advanced excel/GSheet)
- Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing
- Experience with digital advertising solution & testing frameworks (e.g., Ads Manager, conversion API)
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
