We are looking for amazing, empathetic and caring people to join our growing Dementia care team, and we want you.

As a Cognitive Care Assistant you will work with our clients in their own homes, providing comfort and stability to them. Your role will include:

  • Working with clients on a short term basis whilst a suitable package of care is created.

  • Assisting with personal care.

  • Assisting with the administering of medication.

  • Following client care plans to ensure the best possible care is provided.

  • Providing support and companionship to your clients.

  • Manual handling using specialist equipment.

  • Assisting with food preparation.

Not worked in care before? You don't know what you're missing, luckily we'll have you covered. All of our new starters receive a full five day classroom based induction, followed by a comprehensive shadowing period in community, we want you to succeed and most importantly, we want you to love your role.

-A fixed, week 1, week 2 rota that works for you, you will know what hours you can expect to work, no drops in hours or random day changes, this schedule will include working 1 weekend out of the 2 weeks.
