We're seeking a versatile Content Editor with B2B enterprise focus (AI, process automation) who can elevate our written communications across multiple channels. You'll be responsible for shaping content that is clear, engaging, and strategically aligned with our business goals.

The right candidate is audience-obsessed: you understand that content is only valuable if it resonates with the reader. You'll adapt tone, style, and structure depending on the audience, whether it's a technical professional, a business decision-maker, or a casual reader finding us via search. With an emphasis on long-form editorial assets.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with marketing, product, and education teams to ensure our messaging is consistent, impactful, and discoverable.

Content Strategy & Editing

• Edit, refine, and publish high-quality content across blogs, product documentation, learning materials, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure content is user-centric: crafted with the audience's needs, knowledge level, and motivations in mind.
• Maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all written assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to bring complex ideas to life in a clear, approachable way.

SEO & GEO Performance

• Optimize content for search engines while maintaining natural, human-friendly readability.
• Conduct keyword research and provide editorial guidance to improve organic visibility.
• Monitor content performance and continuously refine strategies based on analytics.
• Build topical authority around AI automation, process orchestration (RPA/BPM), integration, and enterprise adoption.

Educational & Technical Content

• Edit and shape educational resources (guides, tutorials, e-learning modules) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
• Translate complex technical concepts into content accessible for non-technical audiences without losing precision.
• Support creation of technical documentation that meets industry standards for usability and structure.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Partner with product, marketing, and customer education teams to align content with strategic initiatives.
• Establish editorial guidelines and processes that scale across the organization.

• 4+ years of experience in content editing, technical writing, or similar roles.
• Strong command of English grammar, style, and storytelling.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience applying them to editorial workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to edit content for multiple audiences (executives, technical users, general readers).
• Familiarity with content management systems and publishing workflows.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret content performance metrics.
• Proven experience in B2B enterprise technology, ideally AI, automation, process orchestration/integration. With examples of translating complex capabilities into business value.
• Portfolio featuring long-form editorial work (1,500–3,000+ words), such as whitepapers, solution briefs, or in-depth technical explainers.

• Experience editing content for B2B SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
• Comfort working with subject matter experts in technical fields.
• Ability to balance precision with creativity: rigorous about details but flexible in adapting tone and style.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative.
• Experience with multimedia content (video scripts, e-learning assets) is a plus.
