Dr Rasha Clinic, an established aesthetic clinic based in Knightsbridge is seeking an experienced front of house to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a front of house and retail sales within the aesthetic medical sector with a minimum of two years' experience. Additional experience in performing aesthetic or beauty treatments would be advantageous.

Please note this is a temporary 3 month contract with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking complete ownership and control of the clinic front desk
  • End of day/week reporting
  • Complaint handling
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the clinic in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage appointment bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling and maintaining the clinic's calendar.
  • Provide information to clients about the clinic's services, treatments, and products.
  • Handle client enquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Support the clinic's marketing efforts by promoting services and products to clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high standards of service.
  • Retail sales and stock control
  • Receiving and checking orders

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a front of house position in a recognised aesthetic clinic.
  • Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, procedures, and products.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a personalised and professional experience for clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work during clinic hours from Monday to Sunday, with occasional late shifts for VIP guests.
  • Proficienct in using computer systems, including appointment booking software and basic MS Office applications.

Essential:

  • Must have customer service experience
  • Must worked with bookings systems
  • Must be located in London

Desirable:

  • Speak fluent Arabic as well as English
