About Solis:

Solis focuses on serving simple, well-executed food with bold and uncompromising flavours. The menu is heavily influenced by Iberian and Latin American "Parilla" culture, where families and friends gather to grill meats and vegetables over open fires. Solis takes influence from both sides of The Atlantic – Spain, Portugal, Uruguay and Argentina.

About The Role:

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our established kitchen team At Arcade Solis. The ideal candidate has a passion for bold flavors, thrives in a high-energy environment, and is eager to develop their career within a fast-expanding restaurant group.

As a successful Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Prepare and execute dishes to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Use top-quality ingredients to create dishes from our diverse and innovative menus
  • Have the opportunity to support and learn from senior chefs while mentoring junior team members
  • Manage your section efficiently during busy service periods
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and health & safety regulations
  • Take advantage of ongoing training and career development opportunities

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Bring 2+ years of experience as a Chef in a high-volume environment
  • Have a natural passion for food and a strong understanding of diverse global cuisines
  • Bring a positive can do attitude and can work collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Have excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and develop
  • Bring an ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Are ready to bring your energy, creativity, and expertise to Arcade
