  • erAct responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and reques
  • tsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally on named accoun
  • tsWork with the Business Development Managers and Account Director's within team on contact strategy and business development planni
  • ngAttend regular product training courses to maintain high level of product knowledge with an understanding of the unique selling points for each product. Keeping above 95% completion on all in-house training courses (on "Edison") and completing/keeping at least one relevant formal vendor accreditation per ann
  • umHelp team achieve revenue acquisition, meetings and pipeline targets to earn commissionable eleme
  • ntHelp with in-flight order/changes amends/upgrades and chu
  • rnWork with the account team on bids/pricing upon reque
