What you'll be doing

Martin-Baker is the world's leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the world's most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple - to save aircrew lives.

Join us on this mission as Technical Administrator, supporting with technical training administration activities and records management, positively impacting the use of the SkillStation system across the Martin-Baker organisation, relating to skills data management and coordination. You'll consistently interact with training partners, cell leaders across the manufacturing organisation and further members of the Academy team. This is a permanent role, based onsite at our Denham campus. We offer potential hybrid working options after six months of employment.

As well as data inputting within the SkillStation system, you'll run regular and monthly reports for various business stakeholders and ultimately be a specialist user of SkillStation. Part of the role will involve running regular and monthly reports for business stakeholders and the wider Academy team.

This role will enable you to make a difference to all colleagues that experience skills development and training at Martin-Baker, a brilliant opportunity to work with a collaborative, talented and passionate team, where you'll be personally involved with developing the SkillStation system and Academy training brand.
