Role: Project Manager

Location: Leeds  (SCC operate hybrid working, which comprises of a mix of office and home working)

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary Package: competitive salary plus large company benefits, a broad flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid-for volunteering days a year

Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm Monday – Friday

Key responsibilities:
 
Lead the planning and execution of collaboration projects, including procurement, installation, and testing of AV systems for both corporate and event-based environments. Setting the Projects Scope, Goals and Objectives and ensuring successful completion of Projects on time and in budget to customers satisfaction.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle, managing expectations, and ensuring all deliverables meet the client's needs and specifications.

Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and costs are controlled throughout the project's life cycle.

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, vendors, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.Create detailed project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as necessary to ensure that milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.Maintain project documentation including Project Brief/Statement of Works, change orders, schedules, and progress reports in line with the companies standard governance reporting. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients

Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, safety protocols, and legal requirements.

Skills and experience:
 
Prince 2 Advantageous

Experience managing AV projects with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Strong knowledge of AV systems, as well as familiarity with the latest AV technologies and industry trends
