ASYE Position for a Newly Qualified Social Worker

Due to career progression within Adult Social Care, we are looking for a newly qualified, dynamic, and passionate Level 1 Social Worker in our East Dorset Community Learning Disability Team - based in Ferndown.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England
- Ability to fulfil travel requirements with a full valid UK driving licence (International or Provisional licences are not accepted)
- Use of own appropriate vehicle
- Right to Work in the UK (Relocation allowances and expenses are not available)
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this particular role
In a recent workshop with our customers, they emphasised that it is important for social workers to see their work as "not just a job"; they want people who genuinely care, understand, and want to help and build positive working relationships.
