Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days per week)

We are a multi-award-winning dental and facial aesthetics practice, proud winners at the 2023, 2022, and 2021 Private Dentistry Awards and the Oral Health Awards. Our brand is built on excellence, innovation, and genuine care – and now we're looking for a creative, passionate and driven Social Media Content Creator to help us tell our story.

With over 1000+ five-star Google reviews, we attract patients from across London and beyond. We offer a wide range of treatments including general and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, implants, facial aesthetics and skin treatments — all delivered by a team of highly skilled professionals who genuinely care about the patient experience.

The Role: Content Creator

We're on the lookout for someone who lives and breathes social media. If you love creating compelling short-form content, understand what makes a reel go viral, and can translate clinical content into digestible, visually beautiful and brand-aligned posts — we want you on our team.

You'll be responsible for:

• Filming content at the practice using our iPhone, gimbal and microphone
• Editing videos using CapCut, InShot, or Final Cut Pro
• Posting and scheduling across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
• Keeping up-to-date with trends and using trending audios, formats and filters — all while staying true to our brand voice and image
• Writing short, scripted educational content for team members to present (or presenting it yourself, if you're comfortable)
• Supporting our events and marketing campaigns by capturing and editing content live
• Tracking performance of posts and helping us understand what's working
• Planning content calendars and generating fresh ideas every month

You'll also have the chance to take part in wider marketing projects, assist our Marketing Lead

What We're Looking For:

• A creative storyteller with experience in social media content creation
• Confident filming and editing short-form video content
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Experience using CapCut, InShot and/or Final Cut Pro
• Excellent eye for design, detail and aesthetics
• Strong communication and copywriting skills (spelling/grammar matters)
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently
• Organised and able to manage content calendars and multiple projects
• Previous experience in health, beauty or aesthetics is a bonus (but not essential)
