Job Summary:

Join our dynamic team as a Qualified Dental Nurse OR Trainee Dental Nurse, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals. Part-Time Role

Thursdays and/or Fridays, and alternate Saturdays

What you'll do:

  • Assist dentists during examinations and treatments, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and setting up necessary equipment.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage inventory of dental supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries/payments.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Basic requirements:

  • Certification or relevant experience in dental nursing is preferred but not required for trainees.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.

Preferred requirements :

  • Experience with bespoke dental software (SOE Exact) system.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology.
  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
