We're looking for early engineering collaborators to shape the product alongside the founding team.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, end-to-end ownership, and real customer impact.

We are hiring flexibly — whether your strengths are Frontend/UI/UX, Backend/DevOps, or Full-Stack, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

(Workstream matched to your strengths)

Frontend / UI/UX

  • Design and implement user interfaces in React (or similar)
  • Create intuitive, responsive web and mobile experiences
  • Build and own component libraries and design systems
  • Shape product requirements and user flows
  • Conduct user research and usability tests

Backend / DevOps

  • Build and ship backend services )
  • Maintain and scale API and data infrastructure
  • Design, update, and migrate database schemas
  • Integrate external APIs: telephony, speech-to-text, AI models, booking systems
  • Improve performance, reliability, and security
  • Diagnose and fix production issues

Shared Responsibilities

  • Contribute directly to product and technical direction
  • Collaborate via Git/GitHub (reviews, version control)
  • Work pragmatically in a fast-moving startup environment

Requirements

You should have strong skills in at least one of:

  • Modern frontend frameworks (React, , Vue, etc.)
  • UI/UX design (Figma, Sketch, etc.)

OR:

  • (TypeScript a plus)
  • Database experience (SQL/NoSQL)

Plus:

  • Able to turn problem statements into polished solutions quickly
  • Comfortable with rapid iteration and ambiguity
  • Clear communicator, low ego
  • UK work authorisation (for future paid role)
