You will provide first and second-line technical support across a variety of business-critical applications, services, and server infrastructure. This includes in-house developed systems, client-specific data processing and communication delivery services and third-party software solutions.

You will also have the opportunity to work alongside application support analysts and implementation support analysts who have now merged into one team.

Some key responsibilities:

  • Efficiently managing and resolving support and incident tickets, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.

  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues in applications, automated workflows, and integrated services.

  • Working closely with developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operation and quick issue resolution.

  • Applying structured problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance system stability, performance, and service quality.

  • Provide additional support services, answer queries, assist users and internal clients, etc.

What will you bring to the role?

In this role, you will be a critical link between our technology teams and the operational delivery of services to clients, ensuring that both our applications and automated communication solutions run reliably, meet agreed service levels, and adapt effectively to evolving business needs.
