Teaching Assistant Level 2
Working Pattern: 32.5 hours per week. Term time only (39 weeks per year)
Home and Continuing Education is an Alternative Provision which caters for children who have medical needs which prevent them attending school. The base is on the site of Joseph Paxton School in Claughton Village. Children are taught on site and in their homes, in small groups or 1:1, dependant on their individual needs.
We are currently looking to appoint an enthusiastic and flexible KS3/4 Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and committed team. The role covers learning support in classrooms and engagement work as well as supporting the SENDCO by implementing The Service's policy and provision for Supporting Pupils with Medical Needs.
The hours will be 8:30am- 15:30pm, which includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
