Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various premises, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall organisation and presentation of our facilities.

Hours are Monday-Friday 6am-8am

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces using a policy checklist provided.
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
  • Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure recycling procedures are followed
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any faults or shortages
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning activities
  • Assist with specialised cleaning projects as required
  • Ensure all areas are kept tidy and organised throughout the shift

Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
  • Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
  • Good command of English to understand instructions and communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction and uphold professional standards
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks efficiently within a team environment

This position is suitable for individuals who are organised, reliable, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
