Job Description

Bon Appetit is a contract catering company, and is the UK's number one choice for workforce feeding, specialising in complex and logistically challenging infrastructure projects as well as large-scale events.

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Catering Manager to oversee the team in the Basingstoke area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the busy site, ensuring admin and resource is covered, whilst maintaining excellent food quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Kitchen Assistants
  • Placing food and drink orders
  • Lead, support and motivate the team with their duties
  • Work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure continuous improvement
  • Ensure Health & Safety and Hygiene Regulations are adhered to
  • Regular client meetings

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' working experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record managing high footfall locations
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety policies

The role is for an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will need to have solid prior experience either in a similar role.

Working hours:

General hours: shifts between Monday - Friday, 6.30am - 4.30pm, Saturday 6.30am pm

Job types: Full-time, Permanent

DUE TO LOCATION OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL.

DUE TO OUR CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING AS WELL AS A DBS CHECK.
