Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Photocopier Service Technician covering the Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, North London and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include performing regular maintenance and repair of photocopiers and printers, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and providing efficient field service support. The technician will ensure optimal functioning of devices and collaborate with clients to deliver excellent customer service and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance and repair of photocopiers and digital printers
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address hardware and software issues
  • Hands-on expertise in field service and on-site technical support
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant technical certifications is a plus
