PCB Design Engineer – Greenwich

Location: Greenwich | Temporary Contract | Competitive | Hybrid Working

We have a fantastic job opportunity in Greenwich for an experienced engineer to join a cutting-edge R&D team working on high-voltage, high-reliability power systems for global technology infrastructure. As a PCB Design Engineer in Greenwich, this job will see you
:

  • Design and develop multi-layer, high-speed, and power electronic PCBs.
  • Create layouts from schematics using Zuken CR5000 and Altium.
  • Optimise for signal integrity, power distribution, and thermal performance.
  • Generate Gerber files, BOMs, and drawings for manufacturing.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC , IPC, IEEE, and DFM/DFT guidelines.
  • Collaborate across hardware, mechanical, and production teams.

Required skills and experience for the PCB Design Engineer job:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 5+ years' PCB design experience in R&D/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of schematic capture, PCB layout, and simulation tools (e.g. PSpice).
  • Experience delivering high-performance, safety-critical systems.
