Commercial Litigation Associate (2-4 PQE) - London - International Law Firm

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented
Commercial Litigation Associate
to join its London office. Known for handling complex, high-value disputes with a global dimension, the team advises on a wide range of contentious matters across industries including financial services, technology, transport, telecoms, and healthcare.

This is an opportunity to work on technically demanding litigation involving contractual disputes, fraud and conspiracy, shareholder claims, contested SPAs, IP and tech disputes, partnership breakdowns, insolvency, professional negligence, financial services litigation, crypto asset recovery, and reputation management.

The team is also recognised for its expertise in securing urgent remedies such as freezing injunctions, search orders, and disclosure orders, and is increasingly advising on emerging risks including ESG-related claims, climate change litigation, greenwashing, cybercrime, AI and data theft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes
  • Managing litigation, arbitration, and ADR processes
  • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and client correspondence
  • Conducting legal research and analysis on complex issues
  • Collaborating with counsel, experts, and international colleagues
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to business development

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in commercial litigation
  • Strong academic background (2:1 or equivalent)
  • Experience managing complex disputes, ideally with cross-border elements
  • Excellent technical knowledge of litigation procedures
  • Commercially minded with strong drafting and communication skills
  • Committed to delivering exceptional client service
