About Us
We're a well-established mobile catering business serving events across Lincolnshire, now opening our first fixed-location kitchen inside a pub in Alford. We specialise in Italian-style comfort food — stonebaked pizzas, fresh pasta, salads, sides and desserts. We're launching as takeaway-only, with plans to evolve into a full dine-in restaurant in 2026.
The Role
We're looking for a Chef de Partie to take charge of our pasta station. You'll be responsible for cooking fresh pasta dishes during service, preparing sauces and garnishes, and keeping your section running smoothly from prep to clean-down.
No previous Italian experience needed - we'll train you on our recipes and methods. All we ask is that you're consistent, organised and passionate about producing great food at pace.
There's progression available as we grow - if you're ambitious, this role could develop into a senior or supervisory position.
Key Responsibilities
- Cook pasta dishes to spec during service with speed and accuracy
- Prepare fresh sauces, garnishes and toppings ahead of service
- Keep your station clean, organised and fully stocked
- Assist with other sections when required - teamwork is key
- Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous kitchen experience (Chef de Partie or strong Commis)
- Confident with basic cooking techniques and service flow
- Calm and consistent under pressure
- Good attention to detail - plating and timing matter
- Willing to learn and adapt to new systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
