We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Spa Therapist to join us — someone who values professionalism, growth, and providing luxury treatments in a warm, welcoming environment.

About the Role:

  • Deliver luxury treatments including massages, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests and members
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and maximise retail opportunities
  • Help create a welcoming, calm and professional spa environment

You will work with premium brands including ELEMIS, BIAB & Halo, and Tatti Lashes, in our tranquil spa with two treatment rooms and dedicated manicure/pedicure spaces.

About You:

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Friendly, professional and passionate about beauty and wellness
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
  • Hard-working, reliable and eager to learn
  • Able to commute to HU12 0PT or plan to relocate
