£31,000 to £33,000 depending on skills and experience

OSA Door Parts Limited is one of the UK's leading supplier of high-quality sectional doors, components and accessories for the door and access control industry, proudly serving customers across the UK.

With a strong reputation for reliability, technical expertise, and customer service, we support a wide range of clients, throughout the UK, from our premises in Runcorn and Basildon.

We are now seeking a strategic and adaptable procurement and maintenance controller who will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies, managing supplier performance, and driving value across the supply chain while supporting the organisation's operational goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing materials, creating purchase orders and managing the purchasing process to completion

-     Building strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and prices.

-     Maintaining and organising stock for efficient material availability.

-     Addressing supply issues proactively to keep projects/jobs on track.

-     Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to streamline procurement processes.

-     Ensuring materials meet specifications and are delivered on time.

-     Conducting weekly stock counts and updating stock records.

-     Creating & Implementing processes to improve stock control.

-     Allocating costs to specific projects/jobs.

-     Sourcing new suppliers.

  • managing projects, scheduled maintenance, and repairs to ensure these are completed in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Maintaining accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation
  • Escalating time-critical issues and supporting operational decision-making
  • Any other duties required to fulfil the role.

What we're looking for:

A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

Good communication and organisational skills

Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)

Attention to detail and willingness to take on new challenges

Hours & Benefits:

Full time: Monday to Friday ,8.00am – 5.00pm
