The Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Executive Assistant to support our Co-Founder & CEO in managing their day-to-day priorities, projects and commitments.

At Lawhive, we move quickly and think big. This role is crucial to helping our CEO stay focused on strategic work while ensuring the operational details run seamlessly behind the scenes. You'll play a pivotal part in driving efficiency, organisation, and momentum.

This is a high-impact position suited to an experienced EA with a background in venture capital or VC-backed startups, bringing proven expertise in supporting fast-moving, investor-driven leadership environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Task Management: Maintain and organise daily task lists ensuring clear priorities and deadlines.

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the schedules of the CEO, optimising their time to focus on strategic and operational goals.

  • Follow-up & Accountability: Proactively follow up with the CEO to ensure that urgent and high-priority tasks are addressed promptly.

  • Travel Coordination: Book and manage travel arrangements for the senior leadership team, ensuring all itineraries, accommodations, and related logistics are well planned.

  • Meeting/Workshop Preparation: Ensure each workshop and key meeting has a structured agenda and required reference documents, helping participants prepare effectively.

  • Documentation & Note-Taking: Record comprehensive notes and actions items during meetings and workshops, ensuring clear follow-up actions and accountability

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting executives in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff role in high-growth, investor-backed companies

  • Comfortable interacting with investors and other senior stakeholders

  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to take initiative and ownership

  • The ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and proactively solve problems before they escalate

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Notion and Slack. A strong preference for experience with other project management tools (e.g., Asana, ).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail

  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
