  • Title: Staff Leader
  • Report To: Kidz4Ever Camp Manager
  • Hours: 8:00am-6:00pm half term.
  • Pay: Minimum wage for your age.
  • Contract Type: 0 Hours

Summary Of Position:

The role of a 'Staff Leader' is to be responsible for caring for children aged 4-12 from varied backgrounds. You will be required to lead a group of children throughout the week following the planned schedule. You will be expected to participate in various sports, crafts and other activities ensuring that all children have fun and develop their skills. As a 'Staff Leader' you will be in charge of a group and be a key contact for children on Camp ensuring that the main focus is on safeguarding the children.

Essential Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Team Player, being able to adapt to different situations.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.

Desirable Requirements:

(Must be willing to obtain)

  • Level 2 Safeguarding
  • First Aid Training
  • FGM Awareness Certificate
  • Prevent Duty Certificate
  • 2 Valid IDs
  • Some experience in either the childcare or sports industry.
