Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to expand our team, in our busy and friendly surgery. The position is a part-time post of 25 hours per week in the afternoon, plus occasional paid overtime to cover sickness / holiday.

Previous experience of working as a Doctors Receptionist is essential with knowledge of SystmOne.

Main responsibilities

  • You will be required to deal with patients both in person and on the telephone.
  • Carry out administrative tasks as requested by the GPs.
  • Deal with patient queries.
  • To adhere to confidentiality at all times.
  • To attend all staff training and ensure all mandatory training is up to date.
  • To cover all aspects of reception as and when required.
