Role Description

This is a hybrid contract role for a Lecturer in Sustainable Business based in Greater London, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Lecturer will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures and tutorials related to sustainable business concepts, including sustainable development practices, corporate social responsibility, and green marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include developing course materials, creating assessments, mentoring students, and staying updated on trends and advancements in the field of sustainability. Collaboration with the academic team to enhance curriculum delivery and ensure student success will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Sustainable Business, including corporate social responsibility, environmental management, and sustainable development.
  • Experience in course preparation, educational instruction, and mentoring students in a higher education setting.
  • Proficient in research, academic writing, and curriculum development.
  • Effective communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to engage students of diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both in-person and remote work environments.
  • A Master's degree or higher in Business, Sustainability, or a related field is required. Previous teaching experience, particularly in higher education, is advantageous.
