Kingston University is seeking an Institutional Performance Evaluation and Impact Lead to shape and support strategic evaluation and impact analysis of initiatives delivered across the university. This is a high-impact role that supports our Access and Participation Plan (APP), Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF) submissions, and broader institutional priorities.

You'll lead the development of robust evaluation frameworks grounded in theories of change, conduct advanced statistical analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of key initiatives. Your work will directly influence how Kingston demonstrates its commitment to inclusive education and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a data-driven environment, is confident in navigating complex policy landscapes, and is motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference to student outcomes and institutional performance.

Experienced in impact evaluation, statistical analysis, and working with complex data sets using both qualitative and quantitative data for analysis and evaluation.

Skilled in using evaluation frameworks, with knowledge of the Office for Students Standards of Evidence a bonus.

Knowledgeable about sector policy, regulatory requirements, and data stewardship in a higher education context.

Proficient in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, R, SPSS, and SQL.

A confident communicator and collaborator, able to influence and support colleagues across the university.

You'll be innovative in your approach to evaluation, inclusive in your engagement with diverse stakeholders, enterprising in identifying opportunities for improvement, and ambitious in driving excellence across Kingston's initiatives.

You'll be part of a forward-thinking team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and evidence-based decision-making. Together, we contribute to Kingston's mission to enhance students' life chances, support staff's ambitions and strengthen the University's impact on our locality, industry, policy and the professions to enable a sustainable future socially, economically and environmentally.
