Duct Fitter – Reading

Pay: Competitive (DOE)
We're working with a leading mechanical contractor delivering a major commercial installation project in Reading. Due to continued expansion on site, they're looking for an experienced Duct Fitter to join the team on a long-term basis.
The Role
As a Duct Fitter, you'll be responsible for:
- Installation of rectangular and spiral ductwork
- Working from drawings and coordinating with supervisors
- Supporting duct mates where required
- Ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and site standards
- Occasional bracketry and support installation
This is a large, multi-phase project with significant mechanical packages, offering long-term consistency and security for the right person.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Duct Fitter on commercial or large installation projects
- Valid CSCS / JIB card
- Full tools & PPE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a mechanical team
- Right to work in the UK
