Who we are
Established in 2002, HTL Windows & Doors fabricates and installs aluminum windows, doors and curtain walling for the Commercial sector. The business also provides maintenance services for automatic doors.
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Fabricator to join our small and friendly team in Bridgnorth, Shropshire. This hands-on role involves assembling high-quality aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling products, ensuring all work meets system house standards.
The successful Fabricator will work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
The Role
- Fabricate and assemble aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling
- Ensure all products meet quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Operate fabrication machinery safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
About you
- Previous experience in the fabrication of aluminium windows and doors is required
- Strong attention to details and committed to quality
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Competent in the use of hand and power tools
- A good team player with a flexible and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and tidily
